I was referred to the Rapid Access Clinic in STH in November and was seen very promptly. The staff there, from the Doctor, Nurses, radiology and support staff were all fantastic. I had the CT scan and results from that on the same morning - a first class service! They were all very supportive and empathetic and were able to reassure me.
I had a follow up with the radiology and the ENT clinic after this appointment and again both the Consultants and staff were brilliant at a worrying time.
The staff are a credit to the service at a time with staff shortages and all the current issues within the Health Service
