About: One Recovery Bucks / High Wycombe

I am writing specifically to mention Recovery Reflections, run by Marios at One Recovery Bucks, High Wycombe.

This is a fantastic group covering readings from NA/AA and supplemented by group discussion.

Marios is amazing and has an encyclopaedic knowledge of both 12 step programmes and is able to explain the most complex concepts from the programme making the learning easily accessible. Marios has a unique ability to help you identify and understand the deeper meanings from the texts and enable you to apply those to your own personal recovery journey.

I have personally drawn upon Marios wisdom many times and on occassions where I have needed it the most. All of the sessions are informal and exceptionally relaxed, Marios encourages debate and lively discussion to help reinforce the messafe within the texts.

Recovery Reflections is a jewel, it gets me up for the week and leaves me feeling refreshed and uplifted. Recovery Reflections is a recovery must.
