Went to the surgery to book an appointment.
As an infrequent visitor to the doctors ( adult male whos profile generally avoid the doctors) i was told you can now only make an appnt online.
The subsequent booking questions are too generic and if you think you need to see a doctor , you should be welcomed.
The system only encourages self diagnoses which conflicts with doctors who previously recoil at such activity.
Not impressed
"The computer says no"
