"Basketball incident that led to a root canal surgery"

About: Edinburgh Dental Institute / Oral Surgery & Medicine

(as the patient),

I was accidentally horizontally elbowed at a Basketball training straight to my upper front tooth. The tooth died soon after and we needed help with it.

My own practice said they didn’t have the skills and equipment to complete the surgery so we were frantically searching, private was going to cost 700 pounds per session which was far too expensive. It was all looking down until we were told of the dental institute outpatients clinic on Lauriston Place.

Here the amazing Aoife managed to complete the surgery and now it has been fully bleached up and is looking better than ever! I couldn’t be more happy with the result. Thanks to all the team at Lauriston Place dentist intitute for being so amazing throughout.
