Hi Sercn93

Its completely understandable to feel nervous about starting a new program, especially when it involves new people and experiences. It sounds like you had a really positive experience at our Wellness Hub, and it's great to hear that our staff helped you feel both relaxed and comfortable.

That positive feeling you got from our staff at the Wellness Hub is something that we hope to replicate across all our programmes.

Hopefully this experience will make it easier for you to join new groups or programmes in the community including possibly ourselves in the future.

I will make sure the staff are aware of your positive feedback.

Many thanks

Padraig
