"Exceptional Care"

I recently stayed in Ward B5 at Bassetlaw after having full knee replacement surgery. The care I received while there was exceptional. All the staff there were extremely helpful, cheerful and reliable and nothing was too much trouble for them. The physio team were excellent and the student physio motivated me when it was a bit hard for me to get going first thing in the morning. The ward is run smoothly and efficiently without seeming rushed or hectic.

I am extremely grateful for the help I received while there and I am confident of my recovery now the worst part is over.
