"Couldve been better "

I recently came with my mum to see a doctor for her test results, they weren’t who we normally choose to have our appointments with. When I asked about results and how they would be connected with my mum’s weight, they said there was no connection with being overweight and heart health which made me not trust them. Further they said that we would need another appointment to discuss my mums health as this appointment was only to share the test results. I managed to arrange a blood test to rule out a heart issue for my mum, however when I saw the notes for the appointment they wrote that I was keen to get this done. The doctor was very indifferent with the process, there was no sign of compassion and genuine care.

Maybe that’s why we only choose to go to a particular doctor at your surgery who is really good.
