"Very Positive Elective C-Section"

We recently welcomed our baby via an elective C-section in CAH, and I can’t speak highly enough about the outstanding care we received. From the moment we arrived at the delivery suite, every single member of staff went above and beyond to make the experience calm, informed, lighthearted and positive.

What made it even more impressive was that this was the very same day the new Encompass hospital system went live. This was the first elective section in CAH under the new system. Understandably, the staff were adjusting to the new processes, but you would never have known it. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly, keeping us informed at every step. Their extra vigilance and dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly gave us complete confidence.

Dr. Khan was fantastic—reassuring and clear throughout. The whole team, from the midwives and anesthetists to the surgical and recovery staff, created a warm and supportive environment that turned what could have been a stressful day into a really special one. 

Our midwife Carole I think (can’t remember for sure) was amazing! Midwife’s truly are angels on earth!

We are so grateful for the care we received. It was truly a five-star experience and one we’ll always remember with gratitude.
