About: Craigavon Area Hospital / 3 South

(as a relative),

My mum had a recent hospital admission to 3 south cah following an accidental fall.

The care she received was excellent from admission to discharge. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness. A wonderful team who goes above and beyond for their patients.

Special thanks to Leanne (nurse) and Dominic (physio) for your help and reassurance with my mums recovery.
