After suffering years of abuse as a child and adult i was desperate for help. Several suicide attempts.
After finally finding good therapy i am now in a really good place. It took the best part of 18 months to sort out my head.
Im sure without this help i wouldn't be here today.

Thank you for sharing your experience of the service. I work as one of the Team Managers within RDASH Talking Therapies. I am pleased to hear that we were able to help and that you are now in a good place. I would like to wish you all the best in the future, hopefully you wont need us but remember that should you need the service again at any point you can self-refer back through just giving us a call.
