(as the patient),

For both my children, I attended Vale maternity unit for my antenatal care and it was fantastic.

The staff here are a credit to the NHS. They made me feel so supported, cared for and looked after throughout my pregnancies. From the receptionists, sonographers and midwives- everyone was so welcoming, friendly and supportive throughout my time that I attended here.

No question or worry was ever too much and staff always tried to see me at the Vale before sending me to Paisley if there was ever any issues. This was very much appreciated when I know this isn’t always easy. 

I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you do each day!

It’s wonderful to know that you felt supported and cared for throughout both of your pregnancies. Your kind words about our receptionists, sonographers, and midwives mean a great deal to the entire team. They work incredibly hard to provide compassionate and personalised care, and feedback like yours makes it all the more worthwhile.

We're especially pleased that we were able to accommodate you at the Vale of Leven whenever possible – we understand how important continuity and familiarity can be during such a special and sometimes challenging time.
