About: Queen Margaret Hospital / MSK Physiotherapy service (Musculoskeletal) Victoria Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I was initially seen at A&E, Victoria Hospital,  Kirkcaldy where I was seen and treated without delay. Staff were attentive  and informative.  The following day I attended Quen Margaret Hospital,  Dunfermline where I experienced similar high standards of care. I have been attending the Hand Clinic (5) there every Friday for the past 4 weeks since my accident. Elaine has seen me every week; giving the highest level of care and reassurance,  followed by physiotherapy on my hand. I simply cannot speak highly enough of the care I have received. Reception staff at Queen Margaret's also need highlighting as they are very helpful and cheery!!!
