"Friendly and caring"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

The midwives and maternity care assistants were all really friendly and caring each time I have been to triage. The only negative - the beds have paper instead of bed sheets which when sat for hours is pretty uncomfortable.

dear Hydrusmb93,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences of visits to the triage area in Raigmore Hospital. I am delighted to read that the midwives and maternity care assistants have been caring and friendly. I will make sure this is shared with the team in triage and I know they will be just as delighted to receive this positive feedback.

I appreciate the constructive ideas for how we could improve the comfort in triage and will be sure to share this with the Senior Charge Midwife for Ward 9A.

I would like to take the opportunity to wish you well for the rest of your pregnancy journey.

Many thanks

Gill
