The front counter staff were lovely and inviting, however the doctor just doesnt listen. consistently entered wrong information and became angry when it is pointed out. was also refused to raise as a complaint

We are sorry that your experience with your GP did not meet your expectations.

For us to address the concerns you have raised about the GP entering incorrect information and becoming angry and refusing to raise a complaint, I would like to ask that you contact our Patient Services Manager, Stuart, to discuss this matter further.
