"Non professional staff"

I reached late because traffic blocked due to some account and had to walk 22 minutes. Two ladies at reception one was attending someone and ok other was listening music on headphones didn't attended me, when she left behind then she attended me, i told her there was some accident and so was not able to reach on time can you please check if my appointment is still valid, she said ok you can do check in another dude came from behind and shouted loudly no you can not checkin come back, i returned to lady with surprise and she said me let me check with doctor pressed some keys on keyboard and within 10-15 seconds she said doctor said you need to rebook. Fully unprofessional and strange way of dealing. Although i was late due to sudden circumstances arise, but center was empty as well , will never attend this center again. So be careful yourself as well when booking this center.
