(as a service user),

I visited QMH today and was seen by Podiatrist Hiba.

She was welcoming, friendly, down to earth and relatable.  She put me at ease during assessment, listened well to me and took my opinions into consideration. 

She was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot about why my feet had been sore and what I can do to manage this and try to avoid any flare ups or issue becoming chronic.  She had a sense of humour and was just really pleasant.

Thank you for getting in touch about your experience at Podiatry and with Hiba. It's great to know that she was able to make you feel at ease and help you understand what was going on with your feet. A bit of humour always goes a long way too. Good to know too that you feel Hiba was able to give you information which will help you manage your condition.
