About: NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde / Pulmonary Rehabilitation (Community)

(as a service user),

Just completed my 8 week course - attending each week @ Renfrew Leisure centre.

I don't really think its helped me much as I still have all the same symptoms as before but Its most definitely got me into the habit of doing more exercise inc walking more that I didn't do before starting.

The education has been very informative. I have tried to put all i Have learned into practice.
