"Elective Care Centre 3rd floor Endoscopy"

I attended yesterday my appointment was at two and was seen to very quickly. The staff were very attentive and caring seeing it was my first time to go for a colonoscopy and gastroscopy. I felt relaxed throughout with reassurance and praise from them while they conducted the procedure. It was lovely to feel that all staff even those who were not directly involved with me being smiley and polite asking how I was. Seeing that I don't even go to the GP much because of nerves I felt so at ease. Thank you to all at the hospital for making this hospital phobic lose her fears. xx
