"I felt safe and looked after"

About: Outpatients Centre / Dermatology

(as the patient),

I went to have a cyst removed from my arm. I was feeling nervous when I got there but was instantly reassured by Kirsty and Alisha. Kirsty talked me through everything that was going to happen and made me feel happy and reassured. Alisha was a great help, getting everything that Kirsty  needed.

The sorest part was the injection for the anaesthetic but Debbie had put some numbing cream on earlier which helped. 

I felt safe and looked after and Kirsty made me feel very comfortable as she was chatty and informative. 10/10 🙌
