"Assessment, Care, Treatment, Evaluation"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter hurt her knee at school.  She attended Minor Injuries Unit in MUH where she received high standard of professional care.  She was seen immediately, assessed and sent for x-ray.  Following x-ray we were given a very unexpected diagnosis which was delivered clearly with staff showing compassion, knowledge, calmness and use of age appropriate language for her.

She then had treatment to her injury which again was delivered with an exceptional standard of care and knowledge.

She was treated with care, compassion and fully involved in all aspects of her care. As a result she co operated with all aspects of assessment and treatment.
