"Faultless and professional service"

Early in the morning on the 2nd June, my father suffered from what turned out to be a severe heart attack whilst staying at a hotel near Hereford. The crew who attended were extremely professional and courteous through out the whole traumatic experience. The action they took undoubtedly saved my father's life, so saying 'thank you' hardly seems enough. I hope the crew can be identified and thanks passed on.

The same must be said for the staff at Worcester Hospital where again the mix of professionalism and courtesy were shown to all members of our family and have led to father's subsequent recovery.
