"Great service and lovely nurse"

I recently attended for an appointment that I was a bit nervous about and cannot stress enough how happy I was with the attitude of the nurse I saw. She made me feel at ease, explained the process to me in a great way and throughout ensured that I was okay and happy.

I had been worried about the appointment and the outcome but I was really pleased to see such an understanding and caring nurse. She made me feel much better about everything and was really patient and concerned for how I was feeling. I cannot commend her enough and will always look to book my future appointments with her. She is a credit to the practice.
