"Dealt with in a pleasant manner"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Audiology

(as the patient),

I went for a hearing test to see if it had altered much since the last one 2.5 years ago .

The lady called Natalie said that it had worsened  slightly and reset my hearing aids to reflect the changes . She gave me lots of useful advice and tried to set the hearing aids up to the Opticon app on  my phone. Since then alterations have been made I am already noticing an improvement in the sound I am hearing .

Thank you for getting me booked in and for the pleasant manner in which I was dealt with .
