"They worked professionally and quickly"

About: Kello Hospital

(as a carer),

My uncle was admitted to Kello Hospital at the end of April. The plan was that he would return home as soon as a care plan to met his medical condition would met. Uncle had prostate cancer which has spread to his bones. On admission he was in a lot of pain.

The staff at Kello including their doctors worked professionally and quickly to make my uncle comfortable and reduced his pain. Our visits with pleasant and positive. However during his stay his condition became more difficult and they communicated these concerns to us as a family with empathy and reassurance that they could and would continue to care for him.

He died comfortably and without pain towards the end of May.

We cannot praise the staff highly enough on the care the deliver to uncle and to us as his family.

NHS should value highly this type if care Hospital. Government need to fund both home care providers and hospital facilities like Kello.
