I had super anxiety about my ltc app this morning but the Nurse I saw at the Chipping Surgery was kind, encouraging, complimentary (I'd lost weight!!) and, without knowing it, made me feel at ease and so glad i had her for my appointment! Thank you. We are all so quick to say negative things, i feel that compliments should also be said!

Dear Anonymous, I have just returned from annual leave and one of the first emails I opened was notification of your very positive feedback.
