"Immunotherapy treatment"

I want to share my appreciation for two members of staff during my immunotherapy treatment today.  I wanted to get a better understanding of the reason I needed to take steroids with my treatment and to understand whether having treatment was actually the right thing for me to do.

I would like to express my profound thanks to a Matron named Sarah who truly understood my concerns and addressed them.  Sarah then arranged for a pharmacist called Emma to come and speak with me.  I was truly grateful to Emma for giving me concise and clear information as she answered my questions and went above and beyond to explain further. 

I really felt looked after by people who were clearly managing a short staff situation.  Thank you very much.
