My initial call prompted a response the following morning at the time arranged. I was given advice about managing my dry eyes problem and given a face to face appointment with Vision Express in Winchester on 10 May. The advice there was to offer an eye test appointment but the outcome, for me, was inconclusive.
I have since been following the care advice and have made a further appointment with my current optician in a few days time.
I was very happy with the response from Primary Eye Care, but I felt there was little positive advice from the Vision Express optician.
