"A shining example to the NHS"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Minor Injuries Unit Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Xrays and scans

(as the patient),

I had to present to the MI Unit at Edinburgh Royal Infirmary after a nasty fall which resulted in me suffering a laceration to my chin and a fractured jaw.

I'd like to highlight the professionalism and care I received from Gill, one of the Advanced Nurse Practioners in the unit.  Gill is a shining example to the NHS and I cannot praise her highly enough.

I'd also like to mention Becca on reception made me feel welcome on my arrival.  The CSW guy who accompanied me to X-Ray and the Radiographer Terez (I think) who was brilliant taking X-Rays.

Thank you all!

Thank you for your lovely feedback and I will share this with both Gill and the MIU Team. I hope you have made a good recovery.

Kind regards

Ray
