"The staff took time to explain things fully"

About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Endoscopy

(as a relative),

My Uncle has recently attended university Hospital Hairmyres for a colonoscopy and a recall for further investigation.

On both occasions he has been treated with the upmost professionalism and respect as he was naturally very apprehensive. The staff took time to explain things fully to him and reassured him throughout each stage of the process. All staff made what, is a very daunting time, much more dignified and made him feel at ease.

He sends his upmost appreciation to each and everyone who helped him throughout his visits. Thank you. You are all amazing and credit to the NHS.
