I just need a blood form but econsult won't let me do anything because the practice is closed (er, really? It's 17:22 and the web site shows closing at 1800).
Why on earth can't my request just sit in the system until someone is ready to pick it up? And the advice to phone the practice in such a case? When they are closed??!
I think that econsult must have been a school project, it's so clunky and long-winded, screen after screen. Pathetic and embarrassing for our NHS.
