I got a CT scan as i was getting a lot of pain in my chest and stomach.
I got a CT scan and i was diagnosed with a large hiatus hernia.
My surgeon sent me to see another surgeon to check my chest, lungs and breathing. After a CT scan I was diagnosed with COPD and emphysema.
He referred me to see another Surgeon who specialises in lungs. They sent me for a in depth MRI scan.
My mood went down and I didn't want to be here.
My GP had been treating for all of the above, and pain in both my hips, knees, shoulders, 3 degenerative disks in the my neck, sore head, painful elbows, wrists and fingers.
My GP made me an appointment for the mental health nurse, who gave me a lot of support along with my GP.
After many trips to the hospital, doctors, and video calls, different meds and support i started to get diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, and my GP started me on different strengths of medication to help me.
I am not a hundred percent yet but I am in a better place. And i have started to get my life back.
Thanks to all the NHS departments that helped me through my nightmare.
