Receiving conflicting pregnancy test results can be deeply upsetting, and we understand how important it is to feel supported and treated with compassion during these times.

I am particularly sorry to hear that you felt that the nurse was unsympathetic and dismissive. Please know that this is not a level of care or sensitivity that we strive to provide.
