"Listened to and good staff interactions"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Blood Tests (Phlebotomy) North Devon District Hospital / Rheumatology

(as a service user),

I was asked to attend a routine check up regarding my arthritis. I was seen by a doctor who introduced themself, he also introduced the registrar, he was polite and thorough and at the end he invited the consultant to join us.

I did not feel rushed and I was happy with the outcome. Things were explained clearly to me and the person who took my bloods was very kind and very gentle.

The wait however to have bloods taken was 45 mins and the waiting room was very crowded. Overall though very satisfied and the blood test results came through quickly.

Many thanks for your lovely feedback. I am glad you had a positive experience and took the time to share this with us. I will pass this onto the Rheumatology Team.
