"I was impressed at the professionalism and courtesy"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / National Treatment Centre

(as a service user),

I was admitted in the beginning of June 2025 to National Treatment Centre ward 2/4 for a right knee replacement and was impressed at the professionalism and courtesy given by all staff.

The check in staff, ward staff, particularly Vickie and the Senior Nurse Adviser were all very helpful in putting my concerns and worries to rest.

The Anesthetic staff, Orthopaedic surgeons and recovery room nurses were all fantastic.

I would be very grateful if you could convey my greatest thanks and best wishes to them all.
