I have met Paul before although he came to see my husband this time he was here to see me.
Paul is polite and I felt he covered everything he needed to do with me. He was thorough in all he did. I could understand him as he explained what he was doing and this is important to know what is going on. He took my observations including blood pressure and put me at ease, I was not nervous at all. He took me around my house and checked I was safe.
Very happy and look forward to seeing him again.
