The staff were fantastic. Dr. Lotty was exceptionally thorough and helpful, always polite and friendly. She kept me well-informed at every stage of the procedure, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

The process began with a set of observations, followed by a medical questionnaire with the doctor. This was then followed by a thorough explanation of the copper coil, including its background and how it works, before moving on to the procedure itself. The environment is very calm and reassuring, which really helps to ease any anxiety. You’re encouraged to talk about anything at all to help distract from the procedure and make the experience more comfortable.

We are pleased that she kept you well-informed at every stage of the procedure which helped the experience to be smooth and stress-free.
