"Couldn't get through to find out what was going on"

(as a service user),

So i have been in a very dark place lately and finally excepted i needed help i spoke to the person on the phone on my pre assessment but they said they needed to transfer my case to their supervisor to find the best way forward and to see if they could help me or not. I was told it would be the back end of week beginning of the next week .....which isnt the problem

The problem is the fact that was 4 weeks ago and now i cant get through to find out what is going on

As a service I feel this is pathetic as when I was in need I haven't been helped. Fortunately I was not suicidal.

In the end i went private for the help and although the matter isnt full resolved i am a lot better

I think the NHS should be ashamed of its self for failing people on something as simple as a phone call

Personally I find this a complete joke
