"Extremely poor administration"

For a while now there has been a deterioration in the quality of the administration of this practice. A specific example is when I was sent a text to book a blood test which I duly did - got 3 reminders about it via the NHS App. When I arrived for the blood test in the afternoon and on time I was asked to wait by the reception staff. 30 mins later I went back to the reception desk to ask how much longer I had to wait and only then was I told that blood tests were done before 11am and I would have to rebook to get the blood test. So not only was I given an appointment that was inappropriate no-one on Reception told me when I arrived that it incorrect. This is not the only example of maladministration I have experienced I'm afraid.
