Attended for surgery and was to present to ward 49 at plastics unit at the Royal.
I had a fantastic 3rd year management student Lauren as my nurse. She booked me in went through all my paperwork. She was kind and thoughtful and made my hospital admission a breeze.
Was a wonderful start to my early morning admission to have such a enthusiastic and pleasant nurse. I wish her all the success in the start of her nursing career.
A very positive experience for me.
