About: Ilkley Moor Medical Practice

Urgent Accurx message posted at 8.00am, text response by 8.15am. Phone call at 8.20 am telling me I had an appointment at 9.15am.

Consultation and diagnosis very professional, medicine prescribed very quickly and hospital contact made there and then. Airedale rang me within minutes of getting home and started tests the following day. Consultant quickly informing me of results and GP phoning me at home as promised with what next.

The whole system working as it should. Thankyou Dr Clarke.
