My daughter and I were greeted by a lovely sister, Sophie, she made my daughter's time in paediatric day surgery so comfortable. She was so kind and empathetic towards her, especially when she was feeling really nervous. She clearly explained everything to her and reassured her.
We had such a positive experience in day surgery from the entire team from the sisters, Dr's and anaesthetist.
Amazing NHS staff ⭐
