"Consultatio"

I filled out an online query outlining an ongoing issue that could potentially be quite serious to myself, requesting a call back but offered an appointment which I was happy with. I was seen by a trainee GP, was given no definitive answers or understanding by this GP of this issue. To my end I feel another qualified GP should have been asked to give a second opinion as I explained I was very poorly with this condition, the GP in question just shrugged their shoulders. Consequences of this consultation will be that I have to take myself to A & E
