About: Causeway Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I attended for a procedure at the Meadows Suite in May 2025. During the procedure I was accompanied by a member of staff, her name was Mandy. Mandy was very kind &  stayed with me throughout, I felt very well looked after & supported. I really appreciated her care & attention. An excellent unit with excellent staff.

My name is Brenda O’Neill, I am the interim Lead Nurse for Gynaecology Antrim & Causeway.

I am pleased that you had a very positive experience while in our care, as it can be a stressful time for many patients. To have caring and compassionate staff who make people feel at ease is a delight. I will pass on your kind words to Mandy and the rest of the team, they will be pleased to learn of this.
