About: Community Mental Health Services

(as a service user),

Appointment with an advanced nurse practitioner. 

Tracy has been instrumental in reviewing my medication and addressing the challenges I continue to experience. Things have gone at my pace, not restricted to x amount of appts, which is very helpful. I wish I’d had this level of support many years ago.
