I had felt unwell on a Saturday early January 2025 like no energy sweats and unable to hold conversation,I went to bed 10:30 PM and awoke at 04:00 AM with shoulder pain moving to fingers and muscles,I then became sweaty and was sick, this went on to about 12:00 PM on Sunday.
My wife took me to A@E Glasgow Royal where they diagnosed a heart attack, I was transferred to Golden Jubilee and had 3 stents fitted with another one within 10 weeks. I am now in full recovery and feeling great.
After care was at Stobhill Cardio Rehabilitation where they put me through my paces like bike aerobics weights etc. the team were Kate/Beth/Juliette/and Emma. All were fantastic and a credit to NHS without them where would I be ? A big thank you to all from the Doctor to cardio surgeon and all the staff to many to mention. Kind regards.
