My wife had some issues over the Bank Holiday weekend. On Tuesday 27th May, the day after the Bank Holday, I rang the surgery at 8.00. I got through straight away & was number 3 in the queue. The call was answered within a minute. After explaining my wife’s problem we were given an appointment at 9.00. She saw the GP & by 9.30 we had collected the antibiotic from the pharmacy & were on our way home. First class service & an experience to balance those who have difficulty in getting appointments. Well done.
