Gents toilets, next to dining area in main hospital are a disgrace!
Went to use them, only to find 1 cubicle that was actually open, the other two were empty, but locked. Looking underneath, I could see the dirt & filth. Must have been locked for some time.
Anyway, waiting in a queu to get into the one toilet cubicle, upon entering the lights above were out of order. Trying to navigate in this darkened ,small area was not only unsafe, but undignified!
My first visit to this hospital, and it was disgraceful!
