"An ambassador for the NHS"

I would like to commend Michelle, a frailty practitioner. When Michelle came to see me, I could hardly breathe and was really having a hard time getting anyone to hear what I was saying (A&E doctors).

She was like an angel and without her I don't know what would have happened to me. She literally turned my life round, with her expertise in health knowledge, and pushing the doctors to sort out my breathing, with an X-ray, to which we found out I have fluid on my lung.

She is an ambassador for the NHS, and I am so grateful for her help. Thank you.
