"I was overwhelmed by her kindness and generous nature."

About: CGL Birmingham / East Hub

(as a service user),

I had an appointment booked which I missed, but I turned up today and asked if the nurse Faz could see me.

She showed mercy and did an appointment on the spot. I was overwhelmed by her kindness and generous nature.

I don't often see this in life but Faz gave me a great deal of respect with a wonderful nature and sense of humour.

Dear stedr55

Thank you so much for your kind feedback about Faz, from our East Hub team.

My name is Lydia and I am responsible for listening and responding to people's feedback.

It was so lovely to read about how responsive Faz was to your needs on the day that you attended our service, and the impact her positive and respectful approach had on you.

I have shared your feedback with Faz, her Line Manager and the rest of the East Hub team and Faz has advised that she was really happy to hear about what you have shared.

I hope you continue to have a positive experience with our service for as long as you need it and that you achieve everything you set out to.

Thank you once again, and best wishes for your recovery,

Lydia
