"Put me completely at my ease"

About: Victoria Hospital / SEAL (Surgical Elective Admission Lounge)

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to the SEAL unit for an operation.

I was met and cared for most expertly in a very kind caring and compassionate way by Kirsty HCA 

She was marvellous and put me completely at my ease on the start of a very challenging day.
